About me

I am a neurodivergent Theatre–Maker, Practitioner and Access Consultant.

I develop, deliver and manage inclusive and accessible participatory arts projects. I believe in the power of the arts to enrich people's lives and positively impact individual and community well-being.

I work with people of all ages, specialising in working with those who are neurodivergent, have a learning disability or require communication support.

Freelance Access Consultant & Facilitator

I have developed and led innovative projects with organisations, including St. Margaret's House, Ghyama Arts, Speech Bubbles, and Pan Intercultural Arts.

I design and deliver training for inclusive arts best practices on MA Applied Theatre courses, such as at Goldsmiths, Royal Central School of Speech & Drama, Lancaster University, and the Royal Court Theatre Young Agitator programme. Additionally, I provide customised training to various organisations across the UK.

I am using a grant from the Arts Council England's Developing Your Creative Practice (DYCP) program to investigate how neurodivergent artists can better communicate their leadership needs.

My training and credentials

I trained in Drama & Theatre Arts (BA) and Applied Theatre (MA) at Goldsmiths. My journey into inclusive arts, working with Disabled performers, accessible theatre making and participation began with Amici Dance Theatre Company. I learned my craft as a Performer/Facilitator, Youth Theatre Leader, and School & Community Workshop Facilitator.

Co-founder, CEO & Artistic Director
BLINK Dance Theatre CIC, 2013 - 2020

BLINK Dance Theatre is a group of neurodivergent artists striving for excellent access to creative opportunities for all.

Whilst co-leading BLINK, I set up an organisational and communication structure that ensured equality and co-creation among the neurodivergent and learning-disabled team of company directors.

I devised and produced theatre productions with innovative accessibility approaches for audiences and artists.

I also created a diverse workforce in the arts through employment, training, and leadership opportunities for neurodivergent and learning-disabled artists.
